Greg Richards
Lead Pastor
You will often find Pastor Greg working on a project but he’s most passionate about the lasting work that takes place in a persons life when they come into a personal relationship with Jesus. He loves to communicate the word of God in ways that people can easily understand and respond to the Holy Spirit.

Judy Richards
Pastor
Pastor Judy is the most organized person on our entire team. She loves lists and efficiency, and her gifts are a natural fit for leading the staff and managing the many executive details of ministry. She is passionate about every area of the church but most enjoys mentoring women in small groups.

Josiah & Hannah Fuqua
Worship Leaders
Together, Josiah and Hannah lead our worship team. These two High School sweethearts have been married almost 10 years and have 5 children. ReChurch has been their home since 2014 and they continue to grow in their ability to lead people into the presence of God through heartfelt worship, in spirit and truth.

Silver Guillen
Operations / Men / Students
Silver and his wife Dee have 3 boys and they’ve been at ReChurch since they were married, 17 years ago. Together, they both serve in children and student ministry, and he loves rallying men for Jesus. A gifted communicator, Silver also serves on our main preaching team.

Kendall Richards
Ministry Coordinator / Students / Home Team
Kendall has been involved in ministry for most of her life. She’s a single mom with one son and still makes time for small groups and serving others. Kendall wears a lot of hats and always brings a fresh perspective to our team. She loves encouraging and mentoring the next generation.

Dawn Beadle
Children’s Director
Dawn has been married to her husband Brandon for 15 years. They have 2 children at home and one grown son. Dawn has been at ReChurch for over 20 years and has been serving in children’s ministry since our first mission trips. Dawn loves serving families and reaching kids for Jesus.

Candace Howerton
Preschool Director
Candace and her husband Luke have been married for 8 years and have one daughter. She enjoys creating safe environments and building teams that genuinely care for all the toddlers and babies at ReChurch. Candace loves people and is always looking for a way to add value to others.

Karissa Jess
Creative Production Director
Karissa has been married to her husband Dave for 40 years and they have 5 grown children and 6 grandchildren. Her family has been at ReChurch for about 11 years. Karissa is probably the coolest grandmother we know, and she’s passionate about creating engaging worship environments.

Richard Fowlkes
Technical Director / Facilities
Richard and his wife Melissa have been married for 21 years and have one grown daughter. Together, they enjoy serving the homeless and hurting. Richard, (aka Junior) simply loves to serve and has a knack for figuring things out. He heads up all things technical as well as facilities.
